Re: Update on my liver flush
Thanks for the update Southern Belle. Following up a
Liver Flush with as
colonic (or at least
coffee enemas if
colonics aren't available), is something I've read that Andreas is adamant about.
Wen..if you've been using the Magnesium Malate regularly, you are ready to do a flush. I don't use the phos drops in the coke flush like I used to, because I use the
Epsom Salts prior to the flush, which I personally think is important. The size of stones I've passed, I want to make darned sure the bile duct is relaxed so they can pass.
And...the original coke flush from Sam Biser...called for double the amount of the ingredients from the one that Dr. Sutter gives the directions for. So, instead of 1/2 a cp of oil, it was 1 cp of oil. It also says..to have a bowl by your head in case you get sick :(
There have been plenty of times when my liver was screaming at me that it needed to be flushed NOW, and I knew I had already been taking the Magnesium Malate for the malic acid, so I would just start doing the
Epsom Salts and do the flush. My liver would always thank me for it.
I've found that I would rather start taking the
Epsom Salts 5 hours before the scheduled flush, and then 2 hours after that. That leaves plenty of time to do the bathroom stuff before taking the flush ingredients, because once I take them, I want to stay down.
If you have the phos drops, you could take at least one dose of them the morning you are going to flush, and then also take the epsom salts later. I've done that before too, with the idea that the phos drops also help soften stones. From the information I've read about them, one of the things they do is break down calcified stones, both in the liver and in the way of kidney stones.
I don't honestly pay that much attention to what I'm eating during the day of a flush. It hasn't seemed to make any difference for me. I just know when my liver is screaming at me for help, that I need to not let it go.
