I've been using this every morning for several days now. 35% food-grade 10 drops in the morning on an empty stomach in the glass of water. Gradually I've increased the dose to 25 drops, 2-3 times daily. It makes me feel good, clean and fresh. It also gives me some sharp pains in the abdomen, and I've been passing some ropie stool and fragments that float... Sorry for being so blunt, but what's a better place for it...
Anyway, does anyone have much experience with that method? What are the long-term implications?
This is food-grade, so it shouldn't be toxic for the body, right?
