FYI

I posted this below for Chinamario but thought others might be intested also.

I first read about how do do a Liver Flush in Dr. Robert C. Atkin's (The Adkins Diet guru) book, "Age-Defying Diet". His recipe is the same as Dr. Clark's, except he calls for sodium disphosphate (also known as Milk of Magnesia) instead of Epsom Salts . He says to dissolve 2 teaspoons of it into one ounce of hot water and drink it. You do this at the same times as The Clark Flush recipe calls for the Epsom Salts .

Dr. Atkins says "you may notice small, light green, irregularly shaped objects in your stool the next day." He says this is perfectly normal and indicates that the flush has worked. He does not claim that they are "stones" or "gall stones." Probably afraid of being sued. Or perhaps ridiculed (even more) by the medical profession.

But we all know better!
Blessings,
Hibiscus
