So over the last few month my skin mostly around my wrist and face has been getting worse and worse.
THe only time it seemed to let up was when i was on holidays.
I've been eating relatively cleanly (lean protein, complex carbs and good fats), Liver Flushing monthly (no green bits anymore), plenty of fluids and still the inflammation is pretty serious. And always, within 1-2 days the inflammed areas will dry, crack and then shred. A cycle which has been repeated for over 12 months.
so anywayssssss.. i've been doing some googling and apparently intense weight training causes the body to produce serious amounts of cortisol. how much i do not know but is it reason enough to contribute to the inflammation?
I suppose i should add too that i've been under some moderate stress levels for quite some time. Anyways im not sure if this post is a statement or a question, but i'll update in 7 days for those who are interested. :)
And dont you hate it when you look back at old pics when your skin was as smooth as a babies bottom!! GRRR!!!! >:(
