I've been making whole food and green smoothies for about a month now as a healthy meal alternative. I do this twice a day for breakfast and lunch, and I rarely have the chance to break this up into 6 smaller meals as others have mentioned they do. My smoothies are pretty fiber dense: 2 apples, banana, lots of spinach, lots of melon, etc. I've also been adding Inulin powder (chicory root) for its added health benefits. Inulin is also supposed to help with appetite control, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything for me. Is there possibly anything I can add to my smoothies to help curb my appetite and keep me feeling full?
