I have one capsule Solaray's Pau'd Arco 510Mg and one capsule of Andrographis 500Mg capsule 3 times a day...
is this sufficient? or is this less effective?

Is 3 capsules of Pau d'Arco and 3 capsule of Andrographis equal to 1/2 tea spoon of your recommendation dosage?

I cannot find chapparal in my local market though..

Another question, why US allow Solaray to produce Pau d'Arco since FDA might control any medication that would treat or cure HIV successfully?
