Yup it arrived a wee while ago (nothing ever gets bye you does it!! lol). Im waiting on a stethoscope and back support to arrive from e-bay to help keep my castor oil flannel in place then Im good to go. Going to spend the next couple of days reading and re-familiarising myself with all the ins and out of the programme then Ill be for the off (ring sting here we come!!)

Quick question. Can I take most of the tinctures (appart from the kidney & liver ones) mixed together in the same glass with a small amount of water or should they be taken seperately?
