Your question: What is the matter and why does it disappear...10 conventional Dr's couldn't even tell me what the white-coating was...maybe no one knows, i would think somebody with a microscope and bio background could identify it.

Answer: If you are so worried about it, just go to a Lab and have them take some of it from you or someone else who has it in their mouth and analysis it!
