Hi,
Yes I did the Clark receipe.
This was my 4th flush and by far the best one yet.
I hardly could believe my eyes I had only gotten pea size and smaller on my other flushes.
I did not get sick this time..Thanks goodness. But I was very nausea.I am glad I did not give up.

I did not eat much yesterday. I didnt drink much either but I was thirsty in the evening.
I wish you much success!
