Allergy transfered via liver transplant

Hi,

I found an interesting news blurb here:

http://www.newscientist.com/news/news.jsp?id=ns99993316

Basically, a 15-year-old male died after eating a peanut to which he was allergic. Various organs of his were transplanted to others. The person who received the liver transplant inherited the allergy to peanuts; none of the other transplant recipients gained the allergy.

This information suggests that the liver is what is actually allergic in an allergic person, which is what Dr. Clark and others have been telling us for awhile.
