Re: Chronic Fatigue, MCS, Leaky gut, what do I do first?
Hi, I agree with Kelly about lots of water, but I think it should be filtered AND warm, because sick livers cannot tolerate cold (as per Julia Chang of sensiblehealth.com)
I'm also confused like you, and in quite bad shape with MCS, allergies, bad taste in mouth, fatigue & poor sleep, and a mouth full of
Amalgam that's so interlaced in my teeth, that I'm afraid the only way to rid myself of it would be to extract all my teeth.
I also recently learned that I have very low levels of Vitamin D3, so I'm presently taking 800 i.u. D3 per day as well as 200 mg. magnesium citrate, and also water-dispersible Vitamin E plus Vitamin C. I have serum calcium levels at the high end, so I'm hoping the D3 supplementation helps to absorb my unabsorbed calcium.
Have you looked into bio resonance? The reason I'm asking is because I just read the below post on the curezone/fibromyalgia forum. Bio resonance is expensive, though, according to her:

Well, take care,
