Re: Is it ever ”too late” to do a liver/gall bladder flush?

I know exactly how you feel. I have had pain and pressure under the right ribcage, too, and it's scary. I finally found this website (whoohoo!!) and did an abbreviated version of the pre-liver cleanse by taking Black-Walnut husk for a few days and a day of Celery Seed Tea for my bladder.

I was a bit nervous about my 1st liver cleanse, but it went quite well! I did not sleep the entire night, woke about 3am and noticed a lot of gurgling in my GI tract.

In the morning I passed quite a few stone, but I expected 1 or 2 trips to the bathroom. What I ended up with is a trip every 5-10 minutes. I think I am also flushing out more liquid than I have ingested through the Epsom Salts . Anyone have any comments about this? Can I drink plain water during the epsom phase?

Overall, I survived!! I am looking forward to my next cleansing in 2 weeks, and will do the "official" parasite cleanse. I think I would have had more stones pass (probably 100-130 small to pea sized) if I had done a proper parasite cleanse first.
