can't serve her

She drove off with the car, in my name only. I do not know where she ended up. I can not serve her with divorce, since I do not know where she is. We are both in California. We were married in Nevada. We never filed taxes. We almost got an annulment in 2005 (I did not think we qualified for that anyway).

My question is: Is there a method to be divorced or legally separated if one of the parties can not be served? Tweet
