Is it possible for vet to do a partial spay

Is it possible to find a vet that will do a partial spay in a female dog and remove just the ovaries? I had 2 females dogs years ago that were spayed but constantly leaked urine. This proved to be an absolute nightmare for me for many years. Nothing helped, not even medication from the vet (Can't remember what they prescribed)

I understand that by removing the uterus this is what weakens the bladder wall and causes the incontinence in the first place. Other information I found is that the dog no longer produces estrogen. Can you correct the facts for me? I ask my vet and he thinks I am crazy, tells me don't worry about it just get it done.
