Re:

"...woody tissue..." I bet one gets lots of different definitions as to woody tissue. Of course anyone who'se ever seen a woody would recognize it immediately.

Cellulose is cotton balls, but trees also cellulose too, yet a fibre of boll yarn is most likely to not be heeded by many a weaving maiden as much woody at all, whilst dried balsa wood can behave as rice paper, and hence I dispense with monikers and pence, neither having much value in themselves atall.

Dextromethorphan no better than a placebo...... but in what regard was not specified. i.e., for what effect ? DM certainly does have more than a placebo effect in some agencies, but has less than placebo in others. Just as do all "herbs", i.e., some having placebo effect on bronchodilation yet the same herb efficacious in reducing vasodilation.
