DQ, there is one major point not addressed - the squalene oil adjuvant. I'm not aware of any way to stop the body from reading it as an invader and then going to work attacking all squalene oil in the body (Gulf War Syndrome).
Another issue would be stealth nano-technology that isn't even biological.
Maybe the doc can look into these troubling items.
