Today was the 6th day of my fast. I was planning on going 14 days but it couldn't happen.
I just broke it by drinking a glass of water with a full lemon squeezed in. It was very sour. Was that a good thing to break it with? I never really saw anyone on here say they end it with lemon.
Anyways, the rest of the day I plan of having a half orange every hour. Tonight before I go to bed I'm going to have tea with real organic cinnamon bark. Tomorrow i'm going to have lemon juice again in the morning, than more oranges after. Than freshly picked organic local berries. Than on thursday apples picked from the same place, as well as salad with avocado. By friday I plan on eating normally again.
Does this sound reasonable? I really want to re-fead the right way and not mess up my gains.
