Beware Salt Water Flush

You've probably all heard about the salt water flush.

Drinking a gallon of salt water/lemon and that'll "supposedly" clean your system by flushing all the badness out.

Well I did it, and I smell a lot worse after.

My own theory is that it completely removed all the good bacteria from my gut. People complain about getting worse after Antibiotics well this is a smiliar situation.

So bare that in mind if you plan on taking the SWF.

I'm currently trying to repopulate my gut with acidophillus but who's to say they work.
For started it says "must be kept refrigderated" but they're on regular fisplay at the store for who knows how long.

Also says on the tub "must not be taken with hot drink, heat can destroy bacteria" but if that's the case what hope have they against stomach acids?
