Re: Soil based organisms and the maker's diet?
Hi i have heard of this book to and i think eating lactofermented food is very helpfull for candida suffers.
yoghurt is very good but many people do bad with dairy products but i have bought a yoghurt machine and i am doing it with soy beans instead and just add a probiotic capsule to the milk a make from soybeans and put it in the yoghurt machine and voila ! it becomes a nice yoghurt .
some people do bad with soy beans to then you could try making it with almonds but you have to get freshly cracked almonds and rinse them with water and then soak them in vitamin c water for 15 min that detoxifies them from the mold /alfatoxins/ that is normaly found in alot of nuts.
i eat saurkraut and lactofermented pickles with out vinegar i also have a little of lactofermented carrots sometimes since it contains less
Sugar when lactofermented.. same thing here some people say its safe some people say it contains mold and is bad for you. i think everyone has to try for them selves and see how they react to it .
iff you have low thyroid functions and low
Iodine levels you should not eat to mouch sauerkraut becouse it lowers the uptake from
Iodine , look at
