Don't bother with cosmetic surgery -- what you describe by way of inversion is quite common and they'll probably come out of their own accord as you get older -- especially if you get pregnant.

Areaolas vary greatly in size from virtually non-existent to very large, though it would be unusual to find them covering most of the breast. Tweet
