Inverted nipples and large areolas

Hi I am a seventeen old female with an average size bust 36C but the areolas that surround my nipples are so dark and cover my whole breast.I cannot not wear a light colored bra because of this and on the beach I must be on constant guard they do not show out the top of my bathing suit.Plus I have inverted nipples with wide hollow holes with my nipples so deep inside them.Need feedback but from women only please.
