My nose has been ruined by chronic sinus problems. It is so thin at the top and feels as if the cartilage or bone has been eaten away on one side. On that same side of the nose you can see my skin is a darker unhealthier shade where the infection has been and this also appears between the eye and the nose on the same side. The other side of my nose feels and looks normal. Does anyone know how easy it is for the upper nose to be repaired and widened so that it is in proportion with the rest of my face again. Also is this kind of cosmetic/sinus surgery risky.
