Reshaping a broken nose and how much would it cost in uk etc?

Hi everybody,

I recently got my nose broke in a fight and it looks a bit bent and twisted (impact was on side of nose). I got it broken back into place by a regular docter (he did a good job considering the break was quite dramatic)

My whole life I have been a very confident person and satisfied with my looks. However the blow to my face has made face slightly unsymetrical and lacking in definition. Now everday when I wake up in the morning I dont see me I see this strange person I dont really recognise (makes me feel shit and has reduced my confidence).

I'll try to descirbe my nose now - The main supporting bone slopes side ways slightly (and little of centre), On one side the cartilage seems to of been sqaushed and the other side seems to be sticking out. I also would like to remove a very small bump (not really bothered about that thou) and have tip reduction (bit droopy).

I have taken pictures and edited them my self by airbrushing on photo-shop to give the surgen a good idea of my intensions they look great(and achievable).

I would like to correct all the problems above to achieve a nose similar to keanu reeves as I reckon I have a similar face and my nose could quite easily be moulded similar to his. This would also involve narrowing the width of the nose.

However I need info and advise:

would it be straight foward to correct these problems?

How much would it cost?

Where can I find a surgen who wont mess up my face?

I would really appreciate a good reply and I would be more thn willing to you with any problems!
