from what iv read, it seems obvious that shaping up the tip of the nose is a more complex operation as opposed to shaping up the nasal bone. If i understand correctly the tip involves actually entering the blade inside the actual nostrels and making all sorts of incisions. But i was just wondering, if you simply want the nasal bone fixed up, can this be done without actually entering the inside of the nostral, so they only operate the blade on the outside of the nostral therefor making the operation alot more safer and risk free of further damages?
What are the chances of stuffing up a nose even further that requires only the bone to be trimed down?
I hope you guyz understand what I'm trying to say... Thanks in advanced
