Nose Nightmare!

Hey, I'm 19 years old and had nose surgery on my septum last year... It made the septum almost perfectly straight and I was really happy with the result... a year one, my nose looks as bad as it was before I went into the operation. The septum has bent to the right again, and I'm considering having a second surgery to try and fix this... does anyone have any advice for me or suffered a similar problem?
