Brava system for breast enlargement

Does anyone here have any opinions about the new Brava system for breast enlargement? It is fairly new but seems like a great alternative for those of us who do not want to have to go through surgery. I have seen stories about it on tv a couple times so it seems like a legitimate system.
It involves wearing a special bra 10 hours a day for 10 weeks to get 1/2 cup size or more increase. It is also much more cost effective than surgery and seems to be way less risky.
