I had mine done about ten years ago and was very disapointed. Because it was considered a health rather than a cosmetic problem it was paid for by the B.C. govt.

He did a very sloppy job and I could see immediately that it was going to have to be done again. It took about 2 weeks before the swelling went down and I still had to wear sunglasses. It was 3 weeks before the stitches were taken out and he had gone beyond the eyelid so now I have scars on the side of my face near the eyes.

Unfortunately, I can't afford to get it fixed so I'm stuck with it until I win the lottery. When that happens, you can be sure that I won't go to him again. Tweet
