Soil based organisms and the maker's diet?
hey y'all
ive done slipped up again, epic fail. once i have any bad food im binging for the night.
a friend gave me this book by
jordan s. rubin called "the maker's diet" about older foodways (specifically the isrealites), and basically including live, fermented, enzyme filled foods in the diet
it sounds alot like the body ecology diet that someone posting yesterday said cured them...
so far ive been doing the candida diet and anti-fungals and it got me to a good plateau...but didnt cure...im still left dehydrated all the time, which i think is because of a persistant coating of candida on the bowels that impedes osmosis or diffusion of minerals (just my theory because i find more often than not my food cravings are actually hydration cravings, but i cant figure out how to hydrate, more water makes me thirsty, or salt water works a little bit or swishing works better than anything, but its all to much stress and my body just wants water, but it cant assimilate it-i just pee after drinking). i feel like if i figure out how to hydrate i wouldnt have cravings and id feel good enough to cure myself, but they are one in the same maybe...any ideas?
so rubins was healed of chrons disease (something unheard of- he was going to have his bowels removed surgically) and all his other dysbiosis from live foods and special probiotics called soil-based-organisms(SBO's)...like they are some miracle if combined with good diet-they eat candida and all the other bad stuff supposedly. i am mid book now.
anyone heard of these, experienced them? i have never seen them anywhere, though it reminds me of humic fulvic acid...that chelator/mineral stuff...
but i tink ima try it...only problem is that im sensitive /allergic to some fermented things: vinegar, kombucha,
citric acid
hopefully i can tolerate keifer and saurkraut as i am hoping they will be my savoirs
thanks,
peace be with you
