I have heard some heal leaky gut.
First thing if you have candida issues, is simply treat the candida first. You can't heal leaky gut without first addressing the cause.
Stay on a strict candida diet along with alternating candida herbs, then once you have it under control, start adding things to heal the intestines (glucosamine, L-Glutamine, aloe vera juice, etc...) Juice fasting would be a good choice so you eliminate all possible allergies caused by food. Tweet
