How do they do it?

Last night about 9:30 PM I noticed a thick chemtrail in the otherwise clear sky, thick and not terribly long.  This morning I noticed several parallel chemtrails which proceeded to spread into a thin blanket across the sky.  Now, out of nowhere storm clouds built up and it is raining like the devil with hail, thunder, lightning and strong winds.

And here in Utopia they are in the middle of a long, long drought - and the chemtrails have been pretty sporadic.  But they virtually always happen before a rain down here.  Coincidence? I think not.  OK, time for a few ounces of colloidal silver!
