You might want to be careful combining H2o2 w/ ozone. It creates a pretty powerful oxidizing affect that may be more harm than good. If anything, keep them apart at least 8 hours.
As far as xanax, perhaps something like ashwandaga or rhodiola would be a little less toxic to the system, and provide a nice energy boost also. Additionally, a whole food vitamin c like acerola cherry or camu camu would be really good too.
If you are having bronchial congestion problems, I've found 3 parts mullein leaf, 2 parts licorce root, and 1 part lobelia simmered into a strong tea will work better than anything the alopathic physician will give you. The licorice might also help to mitigate any problems the peroxide might cause the stomach.
For joint pains, ozonated olive oil will work wonders.
Liver herbs are a must. You might want to look into some herbs to support the kidneys. Detox puts a helluva burden on them too.
I'd say the Epsom Salt flush is okay periodically, but you will lose lots of minerals doing that. A better option would be a formula with cascara sagrada and turkey rhubarb root in it, such as Dr. Christopher's LBB. You take several of these capsules everyday to keep things moving.
