Please do squatting excercise. Sit in squatting position as long as you can sit. Drink lots of lukewarm water first thing in morning.
Squatting really fixed my problems and I have tried a lot of things.
I try to squat and read a book and it builds up pressure inside my intestines. I have to rush to toilet to poop. Sometimes I have to go twice or thrice till I feel clean and light. Sqautting helped me. Also focus on drinking lots of filtered water on an empty stomach.... Helps in loosening the bowels.
I have tried so many other things like LBB, fibers, plenty of fruits and veggies, salads, other exercises, LF, Oxypowder etc etc.
I now just stick with squatting and water. works for me. And Be Positive that your body has the ability to heal itself.
