The Goldenseal and Eyebright are tinctures from Nature's Answer. You've probably seen the little brown bottles with the yellow labels.
Don't remember the brand of lutein, but the first bottle was 60mg and the second was 28, I took 2X day. Zeaxanthan is also important and is often found in the same foods are lutein. It's usually formulated with lutein supps.
For reference, 1 cup raw kale has 28.5mg. The amount in foods drops off considerably after kale and turnip greens, most foods like romaine or corn contain around .3 mgs.

Although, from what I read, lutein is good for preventing macular degeneration which is a different issue. But it's all good.
Bilberry - I'm taking a 60mg 2X/day. The percentage of Anthosyanosides varies by brand so check on that, not just the mg dosage of bilberry.
