Hi Loosie,

Since I've been taking io, sel, C, etc. etc. all along, I didn't mention it in my list.

I put down what I'd begun taking after I got the diagnosis, per recommendations from this forum.

Not sure what the different types of cataract are, but mine was a yellowing of the entire lens. The doc still saw a little "age appropriate" clouding (his words) but I choose to believe this is the last of the original cataract fading away. ;-)
