I spoke to David personally and am going by the protocol he personally designed for me. So I am doing exactly what he told me to do.

As far as whether I am drinking enough water, yes I am. My urine is as clear as water and I am going by the ratio I told you about in the other email, which is the ratio I have been told to follow by now only I mentioned, which thus far has been about 10 different people, all saying the same ratio. It has been proven that drinking too much water can lead to kidney failure and sometimes death. If you don't believe me, all you need to do is a simple google search. I know of someone personally, who has had health issues from drinking too much water. It can also affect your electrolytes. This was not meant as attack at you, but a concern.
