Unactivated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is simply Miracle-Mineral-Supplement straight from the bottle, without adding any 'acitavator' like citric acid or lemon juice.


And yes, I would not breathe the fumes from the activating Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
