Let me put down some of the remedies I tested for:

Stage 1:

1. Tuberculosis Enzymes
2. Brain Nibble
3. Brain Broil

Stage 2:

1. Bone Infection
2. Dental Dynamite
3. Dental Abcess
4. Wisdom Cavitation

I guess Stage 2 is more like the basic four?

My practitioner suggested starting with TB Enzymes and Brain Broil, for my particular case. He said that if I want to, I can incorporate one of the remedies from Stage 3, the one called "Ligament/Tendon/Joint Fluid", because I have a long term (life long for some areas) issue that's gotten a bit more problematic with hypermobility/clicking and pain in my joints.

He made clear that he strongly suggests doing the stages in sequence, anyway, just that it's okay for me to start with the particular joint remedy as well, just not any others, and to not skip stages, or jump into stage 2 before 1 is finished, etc.
