that's OK ,no you don't.. ...but i was born with one side of my nose closed ,i have infarction, and pnd.. so did my mum, she had a surgery 2 years ago and it helped her bb , she still eats Sugar and all and gets bb but it is so much better and there is no smell coming from her nose no more..That's why i want to try it.
i am on strict diet now for 7 months , it all together has improved little , but i don't feel like am eating healthy because i don't have much to choose from...i don't care what everyone says...but i believe that you CAN NOT SURVIVE ON FRKN PLANTS...WHAT THE f***?
saying that i have been living on them.i try to eat a variate of foods....
out of my allowed food which is cucumber, rice milk, rice crackers so all rice things in the world as well as all corn things in the world......yes am living on them ....Everything else gives me odour.......Everything else in the vegetable category and fruit category makes me bloat....so yes...i am sick of f***ing starvation.....
