It was only cooked maybe about 10%.

Anyhow, so I made some carbonara HanSolo style with lots of hot peppers. I put the minced garlic in right before the pasta, and then the beat eggs.

The garlic was in the pan, maybe a minute.

About halfway through this amazing dish, I felt in both arms the most wonderful warming sensation, and my body to a lesser degree.

This must have been the mostly raw garlic, because I've always cooked the garlic pretty well in the past, and thought I'd mix things up today.

Afterward, my heart rate was up a little bit, and my body was buzzing.

So yeah, garlic is still king.
