I think the Alpha-stims are good products with some excellent feedback from users. That said they are too expensive to be affordable for most people unless you can get a scriipt from a psychiatrist or MD for one (that's if your insurance will cover it). The Sota BT7 can be used the same way as the Alpha-stim for emotional disorders as well as muscle stim/pain relief with the accessory electro-pads. The Sota BT7 is also much more affordable at about $180. There is some feedback from CZ members about the BT7 but not much from Alpha-stim users. Hope that helps.
