I tried to use Cayenne for the Candida and after a few days felt horrible in the morning and mind racing, my heart was beating fast as well!
I then go try Garlic and the same thing! I literally felt weird that whole morning and very thirsty.
I then try other things like Kelp and get the same reaction :( All these things are so good for you that you would think you would do really well on them and help with your health.
I read about sulfur and sensitivity but can Candida really get worse when you use it as it seems it does with me?
I think it might be metals or some kind of reaction just to sulfur but for some reason the Candida gets alot worse when I use things containing high sulfur (I Checked all those I posted do).
