Sunshine, thank you such a well thought out reply! I've been up to alot of research and feel a clearer. I'm just using just humaworm right now but when I did both chelation and hw, the symptoms were tough but manageable. I was concerned more for liver health rather than the hx reactions. I'm at home for the month so this is the best time to put up w/ these type of rxns.
I used ARL labs so the counting rules dont apply but theres 0 mercury, which I'll interpret as hidden by other imbalances something Cutlers seems to say in his Hair Test Interpretation. Thank you for the correction on the dose . In the HTI book he states 1/8mg per pound and I'm going by this.

I'm clear on the probiotics use now, thank you.I'm not sure on the f.i.r saunas though. I dont feel unevenly heated up but then what can I really tell? They seem to get me sweating which I dont naturally do so I'm going to keep using them but perhaps less frequently. I feel like it releases fat soluble stuff and again I'm concerned about overloading my liver at this time. Maybe I'll do more epsom salt soaks...

dmsa and edta together seem to potentiate each other. I was ok doing them at different times though the hx reactions were more intense. I'm on 25 mg dmsa/100 mg ala no edta right now and this seems ok. I just dont want to be one of those folks doing repeated rounds- I want to do this a few times and get it over with. The edta really does mobilize lead form the bones I can feel it in a way i dont with just dmsa.

I'd never do this pregnant- I'm preconception right now! I'm almost 40 and my md is pushing me to AF even though I've never tried to concieve and have been a diligent natural birth controller for 22 years. I finally got married and done with a "mid life " career switch so I'm ready to go except for all these toxins....
