It could be any number of things and your dick and your bowel movements are likely unrelated. But anything that stops sex or makes self-gratification difficult is SERIOUS and should be looked into extensively. I am only half joking, this is serious. It could be an STD, or it could be a cyst, or something else entirely.

As to your bowel issues it could be Crohn's, you will need to visit a specialist with experience with Crohn's, a gastroenterologist. Crohn's, or ulcerative colitis, is a nightmare, but it could be Irritable Bowel which is milder but also serious.

Either way you need to figure it out.

The bruising suggests something going on with your liver perhaps, or leukemia, or malnutritition due to malabsorption due to what is happening with your guts.

If you are bruising very easily it could be very serious. It could also be endocrinolgical in nature, some kind of thyroidism.
