Man, I'm right there with you on this one. I don't know a/b the stone softening herbs yet, but looking into it.
I'm just off a Liver Flush from last night and my friend who is coaching me right now. MissHelfinger says to eat vegan for a few days, very light. Miso soup, potato broth (high in minerals) raw apple, herb teas, steamed or lightly sauteed veggies, potato, and maybe a bit of brown rice or another alkalizing grain like quinoa or millet, but not a lot of grains. Major on the steamed veggies and miso soup b/c they don't stress digestion and allow the liver to heal and regenerate.
