How much vinegar in the water for a chihuahua? Maybe a couple of caps in a little dog-sized tub, like the size for washing dishes?

Do we spray it on as pure vinegar or water it down?

thanks!

i thought maybe pure vinegar might sting if there are any little scabs from itchng/scratching.
