Oh my... I feel a bit silly here.
Seems I never turned it on. :)

I didn't see an on/off switch, so I assumed it would just be on as soon as you plug it in.

Just now, I turned it from AC to DC and back again, and the light came on.

I'm not going to change the water. I don't think I need to?

How long does it usually take to make CS with the puppy?
