5% sodium chlorite solutions

Just wondering why no cheap 5% solutions are available yet when there most likely would be a demand, and why are the so-called stabilized oxygen ones available so expensive since you'd think they'd be losing business to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
Tom, I think this came up a while back but remind me what are the 5% and less solutions such as dioxychlor and various stabilized oxygens made from, 80% tech grade like Miracle-Mineral-Supplement or 5% stock solutions and how pure are they?
