Re: What is the best way to rid of CANDIDA

I do know allot from reading and I am still reading. I already have a couple of things on hand.. My question is ** WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD **.

My ideas are for eating healthy and maintaining a healthy life style, as for dosing medication I am no Dr, Physician or druggist.

My Body Odor has dropped drastically and I am allot more confident with people I am around. I did more reading on Candida and I more or less looking to here from someone who had it.

I will contribute to this board as long as I have the knowledge and Ask for help when needed that way we all win.

If you think I am a phony Goldenseal and Zymex are best for candida. I always look for alternatives. I think I owe an apology to helpmerhonda and his or her contribution BUT he or she often misunderstands me but thats O.K.

CoQ-10 or Coenzyme Q-10 is very high in Chlorophyll, Soybean oil, Titanium dioxide (these are Body Odor eating mechanism) now I know why a heavy not only kills worms but it purifies the body thus resulting in clean odor.

Now you should see how my knowledge is built but sometimes the teacher needs a little teaching himself.

But still allot of these things comes from the food we eat that's how they make those medication anyway.
