My home made - works great

Well if your anal as I - then get 35% food grade H2O2 and dilute to 3% for usage. If not just buy the stuff over the counter 3%

1 Floss

2) Swish through teeth H2O2 - mouth fills up with foam - spit and repeat...

3) Pour H2O2 onto brush or spit out the rinse you just did onto toothbrush if you el cheepo :)

4) Dip brush into baking soda and brush away

Yep H2o2+baking soda=worlds best tooth polish/cleaner

No more plaque buildup - no more rescinding gums - maybe keep teeth for life? All I know it is doing a better job then any tooth paste I ever purchased...

OH best of all IT IS CHEEP :).
