The Bass player and singer of my band 20 + years ago all of the sudden wanted a divorce. I can't remember the details but I think he just went down to the court house and got the necessary papers. He and his wife filled out the paper work and that was that. Almost a non issue.

Works great if you both aren't arguing over who gets what. In that case I would get an Arbitrator. Otherwise the Lawyers will take everything. Tweet
